Q: When can I expect my order?
A: After an order is placed, it usually takes 5-10 business days to be received.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! International packages usually take 12-20 business days to be received. Unfortunately, our price for shipping does not take into account any customs charges from your country. We are based in the USA.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, phone orders, or direct bank transfers.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so before you receive a shipping confirmation. Please send an email with the subject "Cancel Order" to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the email.
Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I get a refund or exchange my order?
A: Unfortunately, every product is print to order, therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have a special circumstance, please email us at email@example.com
Q: I ordered the wrong item. How do I cancel my order?
A: If you'd like to cancel your order, it's best to do so immediately before the item is shipped! Just shoot us an email with your order details.
Q: What do I do if my order/package is lost?
A: We will not replace any packages that are lost due to an incorrect address. Please double check your address before confirming your order. If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service or FedEx. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.
